It took me a while to get to this sculpture. I did different approaches just to finally like what I did. This one took a lot of trial and mistakes. I started doing a house shape then pulling or pushing the shape into a volume. After that I rotated it to different degrees just to get it looking cool. Then when I finally got the shape I wanted I started on decorating the outside to what is was made out of. it is mostly made of stone with a water feature and aluminum roofing. The ground scape is mostly river rooks.Cao Fei http://www.caofei.com/works/ expresses her feelings and those around her into her work. The town that she made in Second Life expresses the ancient Chinese culture mixed in with the more modern culture. I think that it is really great in what she does. Friday, September 10, 2010
